Only four steps to perfect your organic waste

Lots of Organic Wastes are produced from the city, farm every day. With the growing consumption of energy for life and production, waste recycling and energy regeneration is becoming a new developing industry. Actually organic waste is a great treasure to the energy regeneration, people can shred these organic waste into smaller size which is good for microbial fermentation, and make it fertilizer or produce electric power eventually. Harden concludes four steps to perfect your organic waste from our thousands of successful cases for shredding organic waste.

Step One- Classification

Normally at the first time we get mixed organic waste which contains organic waste and other waste like plastic bag, foam box, metal scrap, etc.. Mixed organic waste can be divided into recyclable organic waste and non-recyclable waste. Classification can separate the organic waste and inorganic waste, separation is good for organic waste disposal. Harden offers corresponding separating system for mixed organic waste before shredding organic waste.

Step Two- Shredding

After separation of organic waste, the next step should be shredding. Harden develop a specialized organic waste shredder according to the softness and humidity of the organic waste. This specialized shredder #TS508 equipped with high-power is made of alloy steel blade, it squeeze ,shear, and tear to effectively reduce the size of the organic waste, improve the shredding efficiency. The output of shredded organic waste is about 10-15mm.

Step Three- Squeeze&Dehydration

As most of the organic waste contain a lot of water, shredded organic waste should be dehydrated for biochemical treatment after shredding. According to Harden organic waste disposal system, shredded organic waste will be transferred to the squeezer for dehydration. After the dehydration, you will get small and try granule which is ready for next step.

Step Four- Anaerobic composting or Aerobic fermentation

The last period of organic waste processing is anaerobic composting or aerobic fermentation. Through anaerobic composting or aerobic fermentation, the original organic waste become organic fertilizer plants, a part of the fuel or produce the electric power. Organic waste is a kind of ideal waste for recycling. Just feel free to contact Harden for more innovative organic waste disposal ideas.
